The intention of this script is to define the transition from Construction Phase to Production Phase in a project.本文件的目的旨在定义一个项目从施工阶段向生产阶段的过渡。
It comprises the summary of procedures, which have to be completed as well as the allocation of responsibilities for these procedures between Owner and Contractor. Acceptance Of The Plant may occur at any milestones as described hereafter. In this procedure it is assumed that the Acceptance Of The Plant will be after the Performance Test.
