白刚玉分析

白刚玉是以优质铝氧粉原料，经电熔提炼结晶而成，它的硬度略高于棕刚玉，韧性稍低、纯度高、自锐性好、磨削能力强、发热量小、效率高、耐酸碱腐蚀、耐高温、热稳定性好。其磨具适用于磨削高碳钢、高速钢等。还可作为研磨抛光材料；精密铸造、喷涂材料，化工触媒载体，特种陶瓷、高级耐火材料等。

      White fused alumina is electrically fused in arc furnace with high  grade bayer processed alumina as raw material. It is  also characterized by its high purity , ability of selfsharpening, better cutting, less heat emit, higher efficiency, acid and alkali resista- nce, good thermal stability.  Abrasives tools made of it are suit- able for grinding highspeed,high carbon steel,etc.

      It also can be used as  materials for grinding and  polishing, precision casting,  spraying and coating, medium body for  che-  mical industry, special ceramics and highgrade refractory mate- rials,ect.
