随着工业化的提升,用户对钣金加工零件的工艺要求也越来越高。这就催生了钣金加工装备现代化的整体提高,CO2激光切割技术因蕴而生。激光切割机以其加工零件的精度高、加工周期短、加工中无需进行传统冲压加工对模具的更换,就可以加工任意复杂零件等优点,在钣金零件方面成为了大幅提高劳动生产率的新兴装备,从而被越来越多的制造企业采用。本公司自从1998年引进第一套德国通快的TRUMPF-L2530激光切割机,2001年引进第二套TRUMPF-L3030激光切割机后,对于钣金零件的加工起到了革命性的作用,特别是在有复杂外型和高材料厚度的零件的加工方面,由于采用了激光切割加工方式,大大提高了零件加工精度,同时缩短了生产周期,提高了劳动生产率。随着激光切割机的应用不断增多,其加工原理和相关的工艺问题也就成为了大家越来越渴望了解的技术问题,本文就常用CO2激光切割技术的原理以及它在生产中所遇到的一些工艺问题做了一些探讨,希望对大家的工作起到一点帮助。

as the industrilization updates, the process requirements for machining parts using sheetmetal are increasing more and more which make the integral advance of modernizing the sheetmetal fabrication facilities, thus CO2 laser cutting technology is born.

laser cutter has a lot of advantages such as high maching acuracy, short production cycle, no replacement of tool ot process complicate parts in any shape which is needed for traditional punch work during operation, further becomes the rising equipment for enhancing labor production rate in the sheetmetal component field, thus is used by more and more manufacturers.
