安装了CREO 3.0 M100版本后，MONLibs 标准零件库无法运行

最近更换了电脑，电脑为win10 64位系统，安装了CREO 3.0 M100版本后，按照说明安装MONLibs标准零件库（该零件库在win7系统下使用是正常的，在win7下我安装的creo 版本是f000），目前的现象是，新建装配体的时候右边有菜单

点击安装零件的时候，只要鼠标不点击下面的型号就没事

只要一点击下面的具体型号和右边的型号马上出现错误

不知道是什么问题，软件卸载了干净了重新安装也是这样，求助！
