关于Marposs Quick SPC在线测量数据分析用统计软件的问题！！

因本人对本软件不太了解，英语又很烂，问的可能不够专业，问题可能不够完整，请见谅~~
由于产品在线测量不合格较多，在修改尺寸范围时出现以下提示：
unexpected error:   data apply

the changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create
duplicate values in the index ,primary key ,or relationship.Change the data in the field or
fields that contain duplicate data,remove the index or redefine the index to permit
duplicate entries and try again.
因无法截图只能照写了，不知如何解决，请指点~~万分感谢！！
